Return and Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY

We will be able to accept order change or cancellation requests any time before we ship your order. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once the shipment is out of our warehouse for delivery.

RETURN POLICY

We at rangdaar.com are committed to ensure that you are satisfied with any merchandise you have ordered from us.

At rangdaar.com we offer an EASY 7-DAY REFUND OPTION, In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is defective (i.e. has manufacturing defect), or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had ordered, you may return the merchandise unused, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging along with original tags, for a refund or an exchange, within 7 days from the date on which these goods are delivered.

We aim to process all returns within 1 week.

We will refund your money within 7 working days. The mode of payment will be same if you have done the payment via debit or credit cards, we'll transfer the same amount to your concerned account.

Once the return is authorized, it will be picked up by our designated courier company.

You may return merchandise to us in the following ways:

You may call rangdaar.com customer care on +91-971-726-6448, and request a return or exchange or alternatively you can put a request with valid reasons from your account section on rangdaar.com. We shall process the return subject to receipt of the merchandise at our location in unused condition in its original packaging along with original tags and invoice, failing which return / exchange / refund may not be possible. rangdaar.com reserves the right to reject any return request if the product package is opened or the product looks used.

Any returns/exchanges through courier, must be accompanied by the original sale invoice, which is shipped along with the products. We will not be able to accept returns which are not accompanied by the relevant original sales invoice.

Before accepting delivery of any merchandise, please ensure, that the packaging has not been damaged or tampered with. If you believe that the merchandise is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our Customer Care +91-971-726-6448 at or e-mail us at customercare@rangdaar.com, mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

While we shall make our best efforts to ensure that you are fully satisfied with any merchandise you order from rangdaar.com, for hygiene and other reasons we shall be unable to accept returns or exchanges of certain type of merchandise.

In the event you return any defective item, you will have to make arrangements to send it to our warehouse at your cost. The replacement item will be shipped to you at no additional shipping charge.

In case, you do not want a replacement product or if we are not able to provide you with a replacement product we shall issue a full refund minus the shipping fee. In case Free Shipping was availed by the customer 10% of the product value or Rs.500 whichever is lower will be deducted.
