These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of rangdaar.com and related services operated by Elixir Retail (“Rangdaar”, “we”, “us”). By using the Websites you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Websites.

The Websites

We sell gifts, home décor, Himalayan salt products, and related goods to end customers. We may update product information, prices, and availability without notice. Images are representative; natural materials such as salt lamps vary in colour and shape.

Accounts and orders

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for keeping your account credentials confidential. An order is an offer to buy; we may accept or decline it. A contract is formed when we confirm the order. We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable, a price is listed in error, or we suspect fraud.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in Indian rupees unless stated otherwise and may include or exclude shipping as shown at checkout. Payment is processed by our payment partners. You authorise us to charge the selected method for the order total.

Intellectual property

All content on the Websites — including text, images, logos, and design — is owned by Elixir Retail or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse it except as allowed by law or with our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Elixir Retail is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Websites or delay in delivery. Our liability for a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in the National Capital Region of New Delhi having jurisdiction, without prejudice to any non-waivable consumer rights.
